Nice all around. It would be nice to have a check-out time a little later than 9am, maybe 11am, but not a game changer by any means. We have stayed at Santa Rosa many times and will be back!

Clean and efficient

Stayed here with my three kids. Beach was fantastic. Condo was clean and efficient for what we needed. Pretty view of the harbor with access to the property’s dock, which the kids were thrilled to see stingrays off of! Also loved that there was a vacuum and brooms!!! My biggest pet peeve with beach condos is the sand everywhere and not having a way to clean it up!!! Wish they had rugs at the door to the condo and the balcony door, since it is on the beach! Shower curtain rod was not attached, which was not an issue but I messaged the property owner/management on Vrbo and got a message that I needed to call them since I already had a reservation. Very inconvenient when they could just return a simple message and that’s how every other property manager responds. Biggest issue was the hideaway bed/couch! It desperately needs replaced! Two of my three kids literally got cut getting on and off of it because the exposed metal is old and shape. Messaged owner/manager on Vrbo, again got an automated response to call their office. It also is so old that it literally doesn’t lay flat and is extremely uncomfortable! We would probably stay again for the simple fact it’s clean and the location is great, but wish they would make a couple minor improvements. All in all it’s a good place to stay.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Easy access to the bay and ocean beach. It wasn’t far from the popular restaurants but far enough away to get away from the crowd. The beach area had plenty of space for a canopy and chairs. Fun trip overall.

Okay place to stay

Overall a nice place to stay. The location of the property is great. The pullout sleeper sofa simply needs replaced. It is totally worn out! Also the patio furniture needs replaced. Only 2 chairs for the patio table so our family couldn't even sit together outside as there were not enough chairs. The refrigerator was also in pretty rough shape. The 2 shelves on the bottom were both broken.

Condo on the beach

This was my first time renting through this app. The condo was even better in person, location, amenities, process of check in, to the area deserve more than a 5 star rating. My trip was perfect and the owners make sure you feel like you are treated like royalty. The atmosphere is so awesome, everyone is so friendly and the location was Perfect. You are directly across the street from Beach, and you can be to the boardwalk in minutes, and the location to stores is perfect. You can enjoy your view of the sound right off your back porch. I have a 6yr old and felt safer staying here than my own apartment community. The people are so friendly and look out for one another. I cannot say enough good things. I will be only renting through this agency again. Everything was better than imagined. We will be coming back for sure.

I Loved the "double view" the bay on one side and the gulf on the other, minutes from my place. Peg Leg Pete's is awesome, great food, fun people an oysters!

Condo is dated, dirty and bug infested.

Bugs, filth and dust found many places. Appliances are very old chipped and cracked. Toaster broken and leaking faucet. The bed was unstable snd sofa broken down in the center. Cheap balcony furniture, only two chairs. I would never return

Down the Drain.

While staying at this property in Pensacola Florida, I had the unfortunate experience of falling in the bathtub and breaking two ribs. In the bathtub there are no anti-slip strips or an anti-slip mat. I have never fallen like this before, and believe if there were anti-slip strips or a mat I probably would not have fallen. I ended up having to go and see a doctor and get x-rays which showed the two broken ribs. I am in extreme pain and they said the pain will probably last as much as two months. I am a pediatric nurse and don't really know if I will be able to return to work immediately or how long I will have to be off. This time off at this time will be without pay. I contacted the management staff at the realty company that manages the apartments and inform them of my accident and the need for anti-slip strips or mat and they were sympathetic and apologetic but they said I would have to follow up with the owners insurance.

Not what I expected

Overall decor was poor, not homey at all. Dirty fake plants, didn’t even look like the beach. Someone urinated in the elevator, which no one cleaned up. Chairs on patio were broken.Considered staying an extra day just to be at the beach, but changed our minds due to it being a waste of money for such a bad stay. Very unhappy.
