Great location

This condo is so well located. We loved that you could get to both the bay and the ocean so easily for walking. Just beyond the complex is the beginning of the National Seashore - accessible with a National Parks Pass. This is a great place to see the Blue Angels practice! And a great place to walk, see birds, and enjoy the natural beauty.At night, we were able to turn off the AC and open the window - wonderful cool breeze and water sound!

Apartment is situated in a beautiful building right along the Bay, with across the street access to the Gulf beaches. Quiet, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable bed. A great stay.

We loved the location and the lay out of this property. The only complaints are that the primary bathroomwas freezing cold as the air vents didn’t push enough heat and the heater in it wasn’t working. Aside from the that renters should be aware that the WiFi was not very good

Wonderful place to stay on the bay!

We got an early check in which was great, and the place was beautiful. Right on the bay and awesome views of the sunset and sunrise. Bring some trash bags, dish soap, and dishwashing detergent, there was only 2 of each. Would have been nice to have more, but not a big deal. Overall a wonderful place to stay for a family. Loved our week spent here

Beautiful View

This place is so pretty both inside and out. It was the perfect vacation place for my friend and I. The balconies were just recently redone, I was worried they were still in construction but they weren't. Love that the jacuzzi tub is surrounded by windows and you can see the outside beach. Did have a little issue with the A/C but they fixed ut the next morning. Will dtay again for sure.

Very nice apartment, extremely spacious and comfortable which contained everything we needed. Everything which was advertised was present and with the exception of a few blinds fully functioning, great location with nice restaurants close by. Just be aware that the complex is undergoing renovation during the winter so even though this apartments building has been completed (as mentioned in the listing) others in the complex are still having work carried out which means it can be quite noisy during the day.

The property is in a great location close to the beach and nicely decorated. Adequate dishes to make your own meals are available. We would have preferred entry information within 3 days of our stay as we were travelling and internet service wasn't always available to us. The internet in the unit itself was inconsistent and by the end of the 3 day stay none of the 4 of us were able to maintain a connection. The owners were good at answering emails. The place is lovely. The only inconvenience was that both bathrooms are downstairs within someone's bedroom so you had to go into a bedroom to access the washroom. We would go back.

Beautiful location!

We absolutely loved our stay and will be back. The reviews that mentioned the stairs being a potential issue I had already prepared for. We loved the beach views and the solitude of where we were located. We would really have loved to see a few more staples provided. In the past, staple kitchen items such as salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and filters were always welcomed. We made a few more grocery runs than we would have liked because how limited the supplies were for kitchen use. The smart tv does play Netflix, but is a little more outdated than we expected. Location and the property was beautiful overall. We will be back.

This rental was perfect in every way! Beautiful views, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Beach access is across the street, and bay access directly behind the condo. Everything was spotless, and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice! Parking for 2 cars, and an elevator for the end of a long day. We would love to return!

You need to inform the owner of the black mold in the master shower. In the caulking and even growing on the curtains. No need to post this at this point, so giving them a chance to correct the situation.
