Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath condo in popular Riverside building.

Enjoy stunning views of Ole River and glimpses of the Gulf of America from this beautiful, well-appointed, 3rd-floor condo. Savor your favorite beverage while watching sunrises and sunsets from the cozy chairs on the balcony. This bright and spacious unit features high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and tasteful furnishings. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating. It also comes equipped with a Keurig, as well as a drip coffee maker for all you coffee lovers. Relax in the main bedroom on a king-size bed and enjoy the ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the living room sofa bed sleeps two. Watch your favorite shows on the 65” flat screen TV (smaller TVs in each bedroom) and stay connected with high-speed internet access.
The property’s beautifully maintained grounds offer BEACH ACCESS just a short, safe distance across the street. The wonderful private marina on Ole River has a boat launch and boat slips available for guests on first come basis. Enjoy the newly resurfaced tennis and pickleball courts, three pools, well-equipped beachfront fitness room, a hot tub, and a BBQ area.

Boating the Intercoastal

This location was ideal for our getaway! Boat slip was easy put in and access for our daily rides. We ventured each way in different days and enjoyed our routes! Condo was so nice for our two couples - loved that both rooms were king beds. Cozy enough seating for our nightly Braves game or movie. Definitely want to book each year for annual vacay!
