Forget all the busy streets and noises of the crowded beach front life, we have the best country style living in the city. Tons of great places to eat and visit. Grocery store within walking distance. Bring your family and enjoy the Park just a few blocks away, or relax in your private backyard with large Grill and deck with table and chairs . Great clean and quite neighborhood. Close to Downtown, Restaurants, Shopping and a Short Drive to The Beach. Enjoy the unique entertainment/events that Beautiful Historic East Hills has to offer. Charming Cottage style home, with original hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms have all been updated, large bedrooms and closets, with extra storage in the Laundry Room. This cozy home has all new appliances and amenities. New remote controlled lights. Antique and art style decor throughout the home complete 2 master bedrooms one with a king Size bed and the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom features a full and a twin bed. Enjoy an entire home to yourself costing way less than a one bedroom hotel room.
Security cameras are on the premises to view outside of property only.

Any items left behind will be placed in the lost and found and held for a max of 30 days. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to recover any items left behind if they are found. We are happy to ship them to you at your cost or meet with you so you can pick your items up. We are not responsible for any personal items left behind, lost or broken while we do our best to save all items left behind we can not guarantee that items left behind will be found after you leave. Our group absolutely loved staying here, and I personally enjoyed how close it was to Publix (2 minutes out) and other great Restaurants (I recommend Ozone Pizza Pub and Lamonte Gelato). The house was really comfortable; some say it can be on the old side but we found it has been updated splendidly.The host was communicative and welcoming. And you can't beat the price for staying here. We will be looking to come back in the future.

We drove from Texas to stay at this cute home in Pensacola, Fl during our stay. The owners were very helpful and considerate during our stay. The home is clean and cute! Beds were very comfortable. Our pup loved the backyard! Can’t wait to book here again!

Nice neighbor but older home

House looks exactly like the pictures & it was clean but it is an older home. We enjoyed the patio with a charcoal grill. Also, it’s very convenient to the beach & shopping. My family & I enjoyed our stay.

Quaint Quiet Neighborhood

Great house with plenty of room for your family. Quiet neighborhood, close to the airport and the water. Right next to the bridge to go to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. Great restaurants close by. Property manager very friendly and easy to get a hold of! I would definitely recommend this house to rent and I will stay here again the next time I am in town

Pensacola Regatta

We came for a regatta at PYC. The drive was around 10 mins. We also went for a bridge walk nearby. House was on a quiet street and close to Publix and several restaurants. Very convenient and comfortable at a reasonable price. We were 6 ppl and a dog near spring break. Very nice.

Good for family and pets

I would have hoped for a grab bar in the master bathroom shower. The floor was very slippery and I fell the last night there. The main living area of the house is very spacious and the bedrooms are a little small but comfortable. The yard was nice and the area was very safe for my wife to walk the dog. Lots of places close by to shop and eat. The only recommendation I would have is to put a grab bar in the master shower. Al in all a good place to stay!

Great getaway!

We stayed for the week as a family of three. The location was great for our spring break needs and we loved our time there! Our host was very communicative before we even arrived. It’s in a walkable neighborhood and close to many local attractions and restaurants.
