The Neighborhood:

The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.



The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. If you'd like the inside scoop for additional local beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops we have a guidebook to provide assistance!



The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.



Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.

House Rules & Additional Fees:



🐾 Pet Policy

- Dogs only (Maximum of 2 dogs per stay)

- $99 non-refundable pet fee per stay per pet

- Pets must not be left unattended unless crated

- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

- Please clean up after your pet in the yard

- No noise complaints from neighbors due to pets

- Additional cleaning fees apply if there is pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture

- No cats allowed (Please ask before bringing any other animals)



🚭 No Smoking



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, and any other smoking devices. You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.



Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and other applicable charges.



🎉 Gatherings & Parties

- Large gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed

- Quiet hours must be respected (10 PM - 8 AM)

- Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation without refund

- The primary guest is responsible for all visitors and any damages caused



🚽 Plumbing & Drain Care

- Do not flush anything that may cause plumbing issues

- Do not pour grease down the drain



📦 Forgotten Personal Items

- Items can be shipped within 1 week of discovery

- Guest pays shipping + $30 handling fee

- Domestic shipping only (no international shipping)



👥 Guest Policy

- Any additional guests must be approved in advance

- Unauthorized extra guests may result in cancellation without refund

- The primary guest is responsible for all damages



⏰ Late Checkout

- Must be requested and approved in advance

- Up to 2 extra hours for $50 (if available)

- Unapproved late checkout: $60 per hour



🔥 Grill / Propane

- We do not provide propane. Guests are welcome to refill or exchange the tank if they’d like to use the grill.



🚭 Cleaning Fees (If Applicable)

- Smoking indoors: $250

(Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please clean up and dispose of cigarette butts properly.)

- Vomit, bodily fluids, or human/animal waste: $250

- Illegal drug paraphernalia: $250

- Glitter or confetti: $200

- Unauthorized pets: $200 per pet

- Excessive dirty dishes: $50

- Missing towel: $20 per towel



Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.



Please note: Occasional exterior maintenance may take place during your stay. We do our best to keep any disruption minimal and appreciate your understanding as we keep the property in great shape.
