Gulf View Condo in Perdido Key!

Welcome to the Grand Caribbean! Located on Perdido Key Beach, this 1Bed/1Bath condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The 3rd story unit is right across from the Gulf showcasing incredible views of both the beach & the community pool. The condo is equipped with the essentials including in-unit laundry. Take a short walk to the beach or spend the evening watching the sunset from your balcony. Come check out this little piece of paradise and enjoy a relaxing beach getaway!

Full access to a private condo as well as a shared community pool.

You can reach us via email, messenger, or by phone. Messenger preferred. Property is managed off-site so we are out of your hair unless you need us!

Thank you so much for staying with us! We hope you love the home. This unit is managed for a homeowner who values the space very much. Our hope is that you will treat it like your own. Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the condo. Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. No more than 6 guests are allowed in the pool area or other community amenity areas. NO pets. Community area hours are 8am-10pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Parking is available but passes must be displayed. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed. Trash may be disposed of in the parking lot dumpster. Otherwise, we hope you enjoy your stay. Let us know if you need anything!

Great getaway!

Such a great stay and great location! The condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach and super convenient to restaurants! It’s well furnished and makes for a nice home away from home!

Perdido Key stay

We had some issues at arrival but management made it right and ensured that we were taken care of. The communication was great. The condo is exactly as expected. The location was very close to the beach. Our family enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again in the future.

Perfect beach get away

We enjoyed our few days away at this lovely condo. It was clean and comfortable for the two of us, would be great for a couple with a couple kids as well.It does feel a little dated but that’s just an esthetic thing, we had no complaints, everything worked. We were a very short walk to the beach and the pool was a nice cool down spot. We would book here again, just be prepared to be in a quiet location not really walking distance to any store or restaurants. This unit only had one dishwasher pod, but we are regular travelers so we where prepared with extra pods so I would recommend bringing your own.
