  • Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening on the private wooden deck overlooking Bayou Texar.
    Pineapple Paradise is designed for a comfortable stay for one or two guests. The duplex features a private
    bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom, original character, comfortable living space and plenty of closet
    storage. The home is fully furnished and includes linens, towels, kitchen essentials, Smart TV and free high-
    speed Wi-Fi. A desk and desk chair provide a dedicated workspace, making Pineapple Paradise a convenient
    option for remote workers, business travelers and extended stays in Pensacola.

    Please note Pineapple Paradise does NOT have central air conditioning. The duplex is cooled by two window
    A/C units—one located in the dining room and one in the bedroom. Heating is also provided. There is NO
    Washer / Dryer inside Pineapple Paradise. Multiple laundromats are located nearby for guests who need
    laundry services during their stay. One vehicle can park in the designated parking area on the right side of the
    duplex next to Pineapple Paradise. Additional street parking is available when needed.
    As part of our ongoing property maintenance, the duplex receives quarterly professional pest-control
    treatment from Outa Sight Pest Control.

    East Pensacola Heights is an established, walkable Pensacola neighborhood conveniently located between
    Downtown Pensacola and the beaches. Guests can walk through the neighborhood and along Bayou Texar or
    easily reach local restaurants, grocery stores and other neighborhood businesses.

This property is perfect for an individual or couple. It is in a great location with a view of the bay! Restaurants and shopping are within minutes and beautiful Pensacola Beach is just across the bridge! You will not regret staying here!

Incredibly friendly hosts with great communication. If you have any questions or concerns, they go above and beyond to satisfy. The accessibility is fantastic too. Lyfts to the airport or downtown are about 8 a ride at most. The place is quaint and grows on you very quickly very excited to come back.

Great for short-term business stay

I recently moved away from the area but needed a place to stay while in town on business. This property was super convenient to everywhere I might need to go and would also be a great location for a vacation rental. I had never reserved through Vrbo before but the whole process was very easy and, even though I didn’t require reaching out to the host, I felt that I could with any problem that could’ve come up. Would stay here or in its neighboring unit again.

Nice Little Bungalow, Close to Pensacola Beach

We stayed at Pineapple Paradise for a short beach trip. It is in a nice neighborhood, with restaurants and stores a short (driving) trip away, and the bridge to the beach is extremely easy to access from the property. The house was not fancey but was clean and everything worked, although there needs to be another AC for the main room or a fan to circulate. For the price it's great. The owner/agent was polite and immediately responsive to messages.

Elderly In-Laws

My elderly in-laws came to visit. Lookimg for a VRBO for them was daunting, but this place was perfect! Minimal stairs, clean, safe, accomodating, just perfect! And the inside was so cute! Reminded me of places i lived in college. Just adorable! I highly recommended!!!

Great place for the Summer time.

It was a perfect lil beach Cute cottage, think it use a few updates with furniture. Futon was a little rough. Unfortunately we there in January and they had a cold spell in fl. The heaters worked in the rooms they were in. It was chilly at night. Could of used extra blankets.Probably would consider staying in spring and summer again . Great location and communication great!

A beautiful place for walks along the water & by lovely homes. It is right off Bayou Blvd & Cervantes Street making it so easy to go everywhere in Pensacola. My host, Cynthia went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market & rentals in the area & even leaves copies of her books on the subject in the bookcase. I wanted to stay forever even though it’s a small house!

It was so charming and it was the perfect amount of tranquility and peace that I needed. My favorite spot was the giant beanbag chair! Perfect for reading and relaxing. There were several delicious places to eat nearby and it was less than 15mins to Pensacola Beach. My critiques: 1) only whole coffee beans were provided but no coffee grinder. 2) there needs to be a chair on the side porch so you can sit and enjoy the view of the bayou

It was a nice little place for me and my husband. We really enjoyed ourselves while there. We were buying a house so didn’t get to really enjoy all the area had to offer. Very close to Gulf Breeze and very easy to get from one place to the other.

"Nice weekend get away"

This rental is ideal for single person, couple or one child family. The neighborhood was relatively safe and close to all of Pensacola.
