Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We loved staying at this house! It was so much better than staying right on the beach. We stayed during the week of July 4th and had easy access to stores and restaurants without the crowds and traffic. This location provided easy access to multiple beaches and tourist spots. The house was clean and the kids loved the pool. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

The stay was nice and so was the pool.is a pool skimmer incase leaves fall from the tree. the house was perfect for our needs and close to everything we wanted. nice quiet neighborhood, We felt safe and comfortable.

Great for large groups

The host was wonderful, very accommodating and had great communication. Our stay in Pensacola was to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UWF. The house was perfect for approx 20 guests to mingle and visit with her after the ceremony. Very spacious and nice outdoor area. I thank you for making our weekend special.

Overall good!

We didn’t even get there till after 5, but the cleaning person was still cleaning the house. So, that was odd. The next day, while eating brunch, the pool guy was walking around the backyard… it just would’ve been nice to know he was scheduled to be there. Overall, the house was great! Good location, quiet neighborhood!

Amazing pool home in Pensacola

This place was beautiful! Extremely comfortable couch and beds, very well put together. So nice to have a pool after being at the beach all day. Twinkling lights and everything. So cute and the pricing is great as well! 10/10 recommend.

All about the kids

The property was nice just a little upset my grandson didnt get to use the pool. Little suggestion maybe get a pool cover and trim back the trees so the pool could be used. But overall my family enjoyed it.

Cook Summer Break

House was perfect size for me and my boys summer trip. It was easy to access and great location to the bay areas. Lots of shopping and restaurants close that kept things low stress. Kids lived in the pool from morning to night. The house was clean and furnished with many items to make our visit easy. Highly recommend for future vacations.

Pensacola stay

Unfortunately the property was not clean when we arrived. However, I’m not sure that was of any fault to the host. Sounds more like a failure of the hired cleaning staff. It was corrected and cleaned the first night and we were compensated. The house was nice along with the pool just unfortunate we came into a property that was cleaned.

Almost perfect

The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. There were a few minor issues. On the first day, the pool was dirty and full of leaves. The pool cleaners came on the second morning, cleaned it up and ran the filter. The bifold closet door in the middle bedroom was off its track. But we had a great time and enjoyed the pool after it was cleaned. Four and a half out of five.

Nice Home

House was very clean. Beds were real comfy. All appliances worked and were real clean clean. Only complaint was shortage of wash clothes and kitchen supplies. We bought some plates because there were only 3 small and 3 large. Not enough for even 2 meals. Couches were also very uncomfortable . Backs were very low and hard on neck

Beautiful house great location

Our stay in Pensacola was incredible! The house was beautiful and the perfect fit for our family. The teens especially loved having the pool, which was a huge hit. The pool service came three times during our week-long stay, trying to work around the storms, and they were not only professional but also super friendly—offering great local recommendations.There are shade trees on the neighboring property that overhang the pool area. They do drop some leaves into the water, but it’s nothing that made the pool feel dirty—just leaves, and easily manageable.The door leading out to the pool has a handle that lifts up to open, which could be a helpful feature for families with young kids—it might make it harder for little ones to open the door on their own. Just remember up to go out and down to come in. And the host—truly one of the nicest people we’ve ever rented from! She was amazing from check-in to check-out, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family business

Ideal location, close to airport, medical, Mall's, and Great Eatery. Lots of must try places. The Blue Angels are close and museum breath taking. Few issues, door lock at first have issues, owner, had fixed with in an hour. Not sure where the Biden toilet paper rolls came from.very small due to inflation. Towels were washed and warm when we arrived. Exclusive backyard with lots of area for our fur baby. Cold weather while we were at the house so we didn't use the nice pool in back. The heater keeps the house at a toasty 68 Thank you for opening up your beautiful home.

Very comfortable

The house was easy to find. Beds were comfortable. Property manager replied in timely manner. The kitchen was nice and big. Could have used more seating ( 2 chairs were broken when we arrived. So only had 2 for the table.) had to skim the pool but only because of oak tree above it, so not a big deal for me. Other than that this is a cozy house to stay in.

Great location

Great location and communication was good with the host. The cleaning crew left plenty of grit and dirt on the floor and no toilet paper stocked. Sheets and blankets were still wet in the dryer so we were late getting to bed night one waiting for them to dry. Beds not made up. Kitchen was minimally stocked for about 3 people per meal in silverware etc.

Wonderful!

This is a gorgeous home, extremely clean, spacious, and just beautifully decorated. It was also very comfortable and relaxing. Bring some extra towels and toilet paper perhaps, and your own coffeemaker if you are not a Keurig person :) These were the only extremely minor inconveniences, easily resolved with lots of nearby coffee shops and grocery stores, and a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent pods. The pool was perfect and provided the quiet, peaceful, relaxation we were looking for. Obviously cleaned and serviced regularly, we met the pool guy! Only a 20 minute drive to Pensacola Beach, and a great mall right down the street. Restaurants everywhere. Great backyard and dog friendly as well. Owner is super friendly, responsive, helpful, and kind. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Central location

Home is located in a good area, near lots of businesses and the airport. Be mindful, it’s off a busy street and sometimes car speed through. Host provided code ahead of time. Parking available. The home itself wasn’t clean, when arrived there was trash left behind in the kitchen and outside from a previous event. No towels in room or bathrooms. Was able to find some in the laundry room. No hand soap or body wash/shampoo provided in one of the two bathrooms. The sheets had hair and the bathrooms mats had animal hair. No hangers in the closet for clothes to be hung and the drawers have random items, such as hair clips hair ties, and markers. Unfortunately, there was dog poop littered on the lawn and the pool was dirty and covered in leaves. Wasn’t cleaned, covered or drain if it was not in use. Home could use a deep cleaning.
