Fantastic location

Wonderful property and location for a small family and friends. We had three adults, two kids, and two dogs at the property with plenty of room. Quick drive to the beach and at night we could walk to Alga Brewery and Brown Bagger food truck.

Pensacola for the holidays

Excellent Property Close to Downtown Pensacola

We were in town to check out the Pensacola Jazz Fest and catch up with friends, as well as going to the beach. We also wanted to get a feel for East Hill as a potential relocation, and this was a great property to meet all those needs. Everything was clean and well kept, and the property management did a great job with timely communication etc.

Perfect Home for families!

Home was in a quiet quaint beachy neighborhood with a short drive to the beach. Everything you need is within a few blocks. Publix is a mile away, pizza, antique shops, Starbucks, all right down the road. The home is immaculate. We grilled outside and the kids played in the pool. Nice kitchen, large bedrooms and plenty of room for a family of 5. We had a wonderful time soaking up the sun on Pensacola Beach and it was even more wonderful getting back and jumping in the pool and relaxing. Would definitely rent again. May make it a yearly trip. Home was fabulous!

Kitchen accessories were sub par... Rust covered cookware, drawers a mess pots and pans all over. Needs a organized focus. Just was frustrating to use... Otherwise a 5 star home. Vaccas staff were excellent, redponsive superb follow up, best we've ever experienced!

We had an amazing time, there were a few issues that didn’t get resolved with the plumbing in the shower of the guest bedroom that we called about the first night we were there. They said they were gonna send someone and no one ever came. So we just all took showers in the master bath. Place was clean and comfortable. The biggest “quirk”was the flooring panels they have stuck to the wall were falling off the walls randomly and sticking to our daughters foot as she was running around. Would stay there again definitely.

This house is great, but we struggled a bit with Vacasa

This house was lovely. The details are great and everything is super comfy. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and the brewery and food truck in walking distance were killer. We rented this house for a week of out of town work so only had personal availability in the evening. We opted for this house over others due to the pool. Unfortunately, we were only able to use it one night because the pool light was on a very strange schedule. We reached the first of our three nights and did not receive the incredibly easy solution until the last night. Although everyone was very polite, there seems to be a disconnect between being the customer and reaching the local property manager and site specific information. Thank goodness I did not opt for the additional $300 to heat the pool.

This home was absolutely perfect for me and my daughters. We also brought our dog and she had the time of her life! Plenty of amazing food nearby and coffee shops, if you are into that! The beach was a close drive, but we preferred to stay at the pool! The house was clean, beautiful, comfprtable and we cannot wait to return! Communication with management was also a pleasure. The listing is accurate. No complaints whatsoever.

Front door difficult to operate, backyard private, beds comfortable, far to the beach, close to city, many sirens. clean, shared a wall with neighbors, comfortable funiture, fully stocked. Best was the property manager who immediately came when we could not open the front door .

Awesome place!

I had my family visiting and this place was perfect! Very spacious and clean! I’d love to know where they purchased that couch because that was the comfiest couch I’ve ever been on. Only thing I’d recommend was having a few more blankets available. We came during the coldest weekend in Pensacola and the linen on the beds were slightly too thin for low temperatures and was only able to find a couple of duvets lying around in the closets. Other than that, would be perfect for those summer nights!

Great Place

Great house and not too far from beaches and downtown area. We stayed a week and there was 5 of us and we had plenty of room. Having the pool to hang out in was awesome, although next time I would pay to heat it because it doesn’t get much sun so it was a little chilly. We still made the most of it. My only complaint is they need to buy sheets that actually fit the bed ( master ) we woke up every morning with the fitted sheet off on both side and they also need a few regular blankets not just those thin quilts. Would stay there again.

Vacasa Has Issues

First ket me see the house and location are perfect. Our issue steem from the Vacasa messing up about the pool being heated. We did everything on our part to have it completed before we got there. Well it wasn't. And to make a long story short I basically had to demand to speak to a supervisor to get the problem fixed. Communication is horrible with Vacasa.

Nice place, no items in house

We loved the house and the pool. Our daughter enjoyed the bunkbeds. The only issue we had is we had to make so many extra purchases for our short 5 night stay. I’ve never stayed at a place that had a pool and didn’t provide beach towels, nor was it listed that we should bring our own beach towels from home (but who would use luggage space for that??) So on top of buying beach towels, we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, salt and pepper— you get the idea. There was nothing in the house.If you stay here I hope you’re driving (we flew). And be ready to pack your whole house to have the necessary items.When we contacted the rental agency they were not accommodating at all and said we could go to the dollar store to purchase trash bags (for example). If it’s so easy and cheap it should be something you provide for your guests, especially seeing as how you want people to keep your place clean and you want trash removed from the premises at check out. The least you can do is provide trashbags.Just as a comparison to the last rental we stayed at in Pensacola— last year we forgot our portable speaker for the beach/pool and when I reached out to that rental agency they were even able to provide a speaker for us to use during our stay. This rental agency “beach getaways” is not helpful.

When we arrived the pool area was very dirty... food crumbs and someones used towel was under the lounge furniture. There were toys floating in the pool, the furniture outside was missing cushions that were displayed in the photos. The wall in the living area was missing two strips. There was something broken in the master bathroom. We were worried we would get charged for this so we cleaned the area. The lawn service that came later in the week dumped a ton of grass into the pool that we wanted to use that day so had to clean that. We tried to avoid calling the property management bc we're on vacation and didnt want any trouble. The house was so beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet except the guy next door with his loud music. We would probably stay here again but we weren't impressed how the house was left for us to find when we arrived.

Appliance and mechanical issues

The oven did not work. Call for help and never received service for it. We cleaned out the bottom of the oven and got it to work. Propane charbroiled would not exinite. I had to clean the prob to get it to light grill. Outside cushions were in the trash when we arrived, and no one brought anything to replace them while we were there. Pool maintains came by while we were at home and cleaned the pool. He turned off the heater to the pool that we paid extra for. Mold in both upstairs bathrooms. Maintains came to do a walk through and told us he would let them know about the issue. The toilet paper holder on the main floor bathroom was coming off the wall. Wall covering throughout the home was coming down.

MY WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION

From entering the door to exiting it everything was perfect. This was my first time ever to rent a condo and you made everything easy. Your property is stunning and you have such gift in decorating. The beds were top notch as was the pillows. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. My son in law cooked on the grill and we watched tv on the patio and he lit the fire on the outdoor fire pit. The lights in the pool were so pretty at night. My daughter cleaned and did laundry before leaving. I had to pick my husband up from dialysis and the nurse suggested i take him to the hospital. We decided to leave and drive back home a day early so he would be here in the hospital. In all the comotion I forgot to notify you. I am sorry. I rate your place a 100% GREAT!

Awesome townhouse

This house is lovely and quickly became home. We love East Hill and love supporting local. The furnishings were very nice, beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, hangers in every closet. The kitchen had everything we needed with the exception of wine glasses and plastic plates/bowls for outdoor use. The grounds are very well kept, the pool is awesome. Be sure to request heat for the pool 72 hours prior to check in, we had a cool front mid week and our request couldn’t be accommodated. This place is great and we look forward to our next visit.
