This unit was very clean and the perfect quick getaway for my family. Grounds at this property are very nicely maintained as well!

My spouse and two kids (5 and 3) stayed here for 6 days. The condo was clean. The bed in the master was incredibly uncomfortable/wobbly sounded like it was broken. The shower drains were clogged & the shower doors weren’t on track.

Awesomeness

Awesome place to stay. Service dog friendly HOA and property management. Only snafu was the personnel on the beach weren’t versed on service dogs. But that was remedied thanks to the wonderful staff at Perdido Realty. We will be back again as other family members use this place annually.

Great stay for family of 5

Easy check in at office before arriving, condo was clean and plenty space to spread out for our family, and great location with views of the ocean and overlooking the pool. We would definitely book again!

The property its self was good. The tv in the living room was very old and we couldn't watch it because all the channels had a passcode on them which was very frustrating.

Needs a few updates

There are keys for the door to keep up with. If you lose a key it’s $55 or if you lose a silicone armband it’s $10 each. We really figured it would be at least a door code lock or an actual armband to swipe to unlock the door. When we got to the condo there was sand in the floor and later we found that there was sand in the main bed as if the sheets had not been changed. We had to wash them before we could sleep. The condo itself was ok and the view was great but for the cost it should have been cleaned at least.
