No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking or vaping is **strictly prohibited anywhere on the property**, including inside the home, garage, and near entrances or windows\.

A **$1,000 smoking remediation fee** may apply if this rule is violated\.

No Unauthorized Parties or Events

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted without **prior written approval from the host**\.

Approved gatherings or events may be subject to a **$250–$500 event fee** depending on the number of attendees and additional cleaning or property use required\.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from **11:00 PM to 7:00 AM**\.

Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise at a respectful level both inside and outside the home\.

No Outdoor Shoes Indoors

Please remove outdoor shoes upon entering the home\. This helps us maintain the floors and keep the property clean and comfortable for everyone\.

Registered & Approved Guests Only

Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved by the host in advance.
Please Do Not Move Furniture

Furniture must remain in its original location.

Moving furniture can damage floors, walls, or furnishings, and our cleaning team is unable to rearrange furniture after checkout\.

Bath Towels

Bath towels are provided for **indoor bathroom use only**\.

Please do not use them as beach towels, outdoors, for removing makeup, or for cleaning spills\. Excessively stained, damaged, or missing towels may result in a replacement charge\.

Check\-Out

Before departure, please place all garbage in the **black outdoor garbage bin** and leave the home in reasonably tidy condition\.
