"Good price, much better breakfast than I was expecting, very comfortable bed"

"Room was clean but rather bare, like a sofa had been removed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Self check-in didn't make it clear that parking was free at the weekend; we paid £5, but was able to get it cancelled when we checked out."

"This was our second stay here we find it convenient to the motorway when travelling back from Birmingham airport after a late flight . Dislike the lack of socket/ phone charging it is only one side of the bed . The room was cold , set the air con unit to 25 degrees but it kept blowing out cold air so turned it off completely, a spare blanket kept in the wardrobe would have been very welcome . I booked a double room and we were given a double disabled room , not a nice room at all with all the adaptations not needed by us which made it more difficult .We arrived after 11pm so did not like to request a room change but wish we had ."
