The staff and cleanliness of the property were hilites. Nice peek a boo views of Skaha lake and delicious breakfasts. The studio room is on the smaller side for the $350 nightly rate, but there is a vintage stand alone bathtub in the room.

Great location, beautiful patio and suite. Owner was very friendly, breakfast was served as promised and was wonderful. It was a different selection for both days. Highly recommend, very comfortable!!

The room and the view are beautiful. Clean, comfortable, with lots of little special touches. Lisa is very accommodating to any request and always responds quickly. The breakfasts were delicious and we really appreciated them! Would certainly stay here again...and would look forward to it!

We loved this place! Our suite was comfortable and spacious and the grounds were beautiful. Sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine while enjoying the views and sunset was one of my favourite moments of our vacation. Lisa was a very gracious host and the breakfasts that she brought us every morning were really yummy. We plan to stay here again next time we vacation in Penticton

Above the beach met all of our expectations. The view was spectacular, the host was accommodating, and provided delicious breakfasts meanwhile was mindful of our privacy. The unit was comfy, clean, nicely decorated, and the tub was a nice feature. I would highly recommend this B&B and plan to return.

We had a lovely two night stay at the end of May. Our room was very comfortable and the linens were so luxurious and the bed was a dream. Small balcony overlooking the lake was perfect for breakfast and an evening glass of wine. The breakfasts were amazing -- far above and beyond what we expected -- and Lisa was the perfect host.
