"Lovely hotel. Staff, particularly on reception and at breakfast couldn't have been more approachable and helpful even organising a very practical take away breakfast on our final day as we were leaving before the breakfast sittings started. Spa was lovely. Location of the hotel on the water is very nice, however, there's not much in the vicinity in terms of shops or other restaurants.
Only negative was on one morning when we couldnt get a breakfast slot until 10.00 a.m., a cleaner was determined to get in to service the room at 9.20 when we weren't out of bed. He reluctantly offered us a bit of time to get organised!"
