"We had a lovely stay at bank house cottage . Veronica and Alan made us feel very welcome . The cottage has beautiful views all around and is so clean and cosy. Would definitely recommend the hot tub it was very relaxing after long walks. The Stork pub serves great food and is just few minutes away 👍"

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Woodpecker Cottage. We were celebrating a 60th birthday and 60th anniversary, there was plenty of room for all 13 family members inside the property and we enjoyed the outside space using all the facilities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The bedrooms/bedding/towels all lovely and clean. We would recommend a stay at this property."

"The lounge left side window was taped up and rags placed on the sill to prevent water etc the central window pane was cracked in 2 place. There were mould issues throughout the property, it wasn’t clean and there was a wire hanging loose I have photo evidence. The discrepancy between the actual property and the advertised description was totally different"

"This is a comfortable, immaculately-presented, and very well-equipped property located in the heart of the lovely town of Lytham. The house includes a spacious dining room and adjoining living room, a very well-appointed kitchen, and two bedrooms; whilst one bedroom was a bit tight, this still provided ample space for our family of two adults and two children (14 and 12 years). "We booked lavender cottage for 2 nights whist visiting family. We are a family for 3 adults and 2 children. Communication with the owner was brilliant, he was very helpful. Cottage was lovely and clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Just a heads up if you have very young children or mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be booking again sometime. Thanks for everything."
