"From the moment we arrived up the long driveway to the impressive property we had nothing but great things to say about it, 5 good size comfortable bedrooms, 1 en suite, plus 2 more bathrooms and a shower room in the utility room with toilet, 2 great kitchens with everything you need and more, the garden kitchen in the back and has all its own oven fridge etc and is ideal to use as it goes directly into the garden where there’s a huge table with 10 chairs plus a lovely lounging patio set, that leads onto the large covered heated pool, 1.2 m deep all over so not to deep, loads of pool towels available in the hallway too, the main living area is huge with lovely high ceilings with beams, the snug is at the end of the barn with loads of games, books and tv, nice to go in for a rest from the kids, there is also a nice table and chairs at the front of the property, not forgetting the tennis court with plenty of rackets and balls plus a basket ball hoop and ball, then to finish there’s a lovely meadow with bee hives and a pond , all in all we loved it here and would definitely stay again, I’m sure I’ve forgotten to mention something but you won’t be disappointed if you stay here"

"Travelled with my family, my only regret was that is was only one night. The room was large and clean, the bathrooms were clean and serviceable. The staff were excellent and the location in the town was great. The restaurant and food was excellent. Highly recommend."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Coffee, tea and biscuits on arrival which was lovely. The hotel and room was clean and very comfortable. Large lounge which was perfect if you want to play a couple of board games with the kids or just relax. Amazing breakfast with a good choice and the perfect host who was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you."

"We travelled from Canada with our two kids. We were looking for an airy comfortable home with beautiful views that placed us well for exploring North Wales. We were thrilled with this house! It was bright and clean and gave us all some space. Beautiful long sea front for walking and views for miles. Pwllheli had all the essentials we needed and was the perfect base for exploring the Llyn Peninsula, Eryri, Anglesey and Gwynedd. Guy was very kind and responsive, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would love to come back one day "
