"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay! From the moment I checked in, the front desk associate was friendly, professional, and made me feel very welcome. My suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room to relax. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and ready each morning, which was a great way to start the day. "The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel."

"Hotel appeared in disrepair, almost like it was a renovation project. Pool was broken, boxes scattered all over…."

"Roaches by the pool, few beverage choices, dirty room (hair balls on bathroom floor, couch cushions ripped, didn't match, stained), unhelpful staff."

"The hallways smelled horrible. Our bedding had stains and one of the blankets was ripped. During checkout the next day, no one was working at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes and called Comfort Suites customer service because I did not want a charge for late checkout. The representative tried calling the hotel and no answer."
