Very quiet and discreet neighborhood.

Small oasis

This little cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house was warm and had everything we needed. The refrigerator had water, condiments if needed. I slept just as good as if I was sleeping in my own bed. Great place to stay.

Felt like Home

I was visiting my daughter for the weekend and also had family I was visiting. The property manager was very prompt in responding and making sure we were well taken care of! The home was clean, smelled amazing when we walked in!

Second stay was great will return again

Great place to stay for the tourney we were in town for. We stayed here before and were happy to see it availible for this tourney. Hopefully it will be availible for our next trip to peoria as we will book again. Great neighborhood and rick is a great host.

We had a wonderful time staying here while visiting family and being here for the birth of my first grandchild. The hospital was so close along with shopping and restaurants. Great location. Host was awesome at communicating with us.

Girls Trip

We found this gem of a house on a whim. Clean house, quiet neighborhoood, great location close to good food and local shops. Host was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definately stay here again if it's available in the future!!!

Perfect for small family

It was just me and my two sons who were in town for the PDGA Junior Worlds. This was a perfect small space for the three of us. The owner provided the house with the basics that helped us for the week. We had one issue but the owner was great with keeping in contact with us.

Everything was good except for we didn’t have any glasses to drink out of we bought some nice glasses and plate set and we left them there for the next person will be looking forward to next year.

It worked well for our short stay.

House was fine and clean enough. Many things just felt very worn, however, I can provide a better review for this property than any hotel I've stayed in lately. Pros of this property are they provide bottled water, washer/dryer on site, the tub drained (again, can't say that about any hotel I've stayed at lately), and no issues or smell with the toilet. I would stay there again because as mentioned it works well for what we need.
