The house is not new or recently refurbished and the furnishings are haphasard, but wvebrything was clean and functional. A good place to stay on a budget."

"Room was basic but clean and did what was needed. Only comment was on hottest night of the year no aircon or fan so didn’t sleep well but 2 mile walk to where I needed to be so good location for city centre"
