"Yes but the staff were not very customer friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. When we checked out no questions asked how was your stay my husband asked where to leave the keys she said just there. Not acceptable we came all the way from London. It was suppose to be igh hotel. We would like a refund "

"I didnt like that we had to pay for parking I wasn't given information on wifi The fire alarm going off at 1am Children running round the corridor at 3.30am Even tho check out at 11am,the car had to be moved by 10am. Awful nights sleep Awful welcome,awful stay"

"So much character, a really charming hotel. Staff are so attentive and reception were so welcoming and helpful. Room is big and everything you need! Location was also perfect. Breakfast buffet was delicious, really fresh produce and variety. Cocktail were also great, just maybe a little slow. Bed was sooo comfy as well! Overall, a really really wonderful stay. Would 1000% recommend, and will be back !! "

"Breakfast was ok but the continental one did not have any option for non meat like eggs ,chicken etc.only option was red meat.Room was clean but the duvets had human hair which means the cleaning was not done well.Another thing which we did not like was the continental breakfast people were asked to move to another side carrying food.The location was excellent and hotel was clean and neat otherwise..we paid around 114 per night which could have been bit less "

"Stayed in January on one of the colder weekends. We had three rooms and two of them were incredibly cold overnight as they only seemed to be heated via the aircon which switched itself off. Hotel was good, good location and has a nice car and restaurant. Would recommend "

"Location excellent, room, may as well roomed with next door as walls are paper thin, we booked the hotel steakhouse, should have realised it was going to be an issue when we were only customers on an Easter Friday, highly disappointing and hugely overpriced. Staff were excellent though but certainly does not make up for excessive pricing sadly. "
