"Very good, excellent hotel, great location, very friendly staff"

"We had an incredibly relaxing family reunion at this beautiful villa. Larger than pictures show, there is so much space - we had 7 adults and 5 teenagers and never felt crowded. Kitchen is well-equipped, and plenty of seating. Double refrigerators excellent for stocking up - plenty of great grocery stores within 15 minutes drive. The grill was fun to use as well. Everyone enjoyed the pool and sunset views - beautiful stargazing as well. The hosts were excellent communicators, gave us expert recommendations for shopping, activities, and even local medical clinics."

"Lovely villa for a family getaway. Beautiful beach 10 minutes away, do need a rental car. Good supermarket in Castro Marim. We had the master bedroom the bathroom was a bit grimy round the wall edges but on whole a lovely holiday"

"Absolutely wonderful hotle"

"Only stayed at the property for one night and for the first time. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Hotel was maintained very well and clean. The hotel style is older, 1970’s charm. The views from the room were over the town of Ayamonte, and Vila Real de Santo António across the river in Portugal. Great views of the Bridge as well. The bar area is comfortable and has both an inside and outside seating area. Parking is easy and right outside the main door. 10min walk downhill to the town center. I will stay there again."

"The cottage and gardens were lovely the property was Very clean and comfortable,with everything you needed for a relaxing stay .The kitchen was well equipped with all you needed for cooking your meals The WiFi was good also the smart TV was ideal if you were staying in at night.The communication with the owner and also the Happy Homes team was excellent we would definitely recommend this property"
