"What I attribute my exceptional experience here to is the professional, courteous, responsive and customer service oriented staff at Wasabi. Particular standouts include front office staff, Yuri, whose personality and way of being brim with competence and professionalism, servers, Kadek, Sri and Gede, housekeeper, Evlin, chefs, Sari and Nanda, and even security Komang, who always greeted me with a smile and helped me with non security needs. "Really nice place and property manager was very responsive. The only feedback specific to the place would be to consider adding long life milk to enable having a coffee. The surrounding area whilst it had several good eating places, there’s still aot of building works to navigate around…so maybe a year off from feeling more of a hub."
