"What I attribute my exceptional experience here to is the professional, courteous, responsive and customer service oriented staff at Wasabi. Particular standouts include front office staff, Yuri, whose personality and way of being brim with competence and professionalism, servers, Kadek, Sri and Gede, housekeeper, Evlin, chefs, Sari and Nanda, and even security Komang, who always greeted me with a smile and helped me with non security needs.
