"Almost everything was perfect... the location was very good, the room was superb. Lovely seating area, nice kitchen, excellent bathroom. The on-site bar was good. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Cleaning is only every 3 days. Because of the wooden floors, this isn't enough - the floors need cleaning every day really 2. The rooms don't have air conditioning. "We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds and the triple glazing worked amazingly at keeping the noise out. We were facing the front on a very busy road and heard absolutely no traffic. "Absolutely loved our stay here May 2024. Easy walking distance from train station, HOHO bus, some lovely restaurants and a little grocery store. Upper Belvedere park and Palace walking distance also. Our room was a great size with a washer and dryer which we put to good use. "We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds and the triple glazing worked amazingly at keeping the noise out. We were facing the front on a very busy road and heard absolutely no traffic. Breakfast was really nice and fresh with plenty of choice. All the staff were polite and friendly, especially the reception ladies and the bar man. On checkout we were able to leave our bags in the luggage room to pick up early afternoon. This was really good as we were able to round the art gallery at Belverdere without carrying our suitcases. The hotel is very well situated for the train station and Metro, although a nice walk through Belverdere and you are almost at the Opera House Hofberg palace. A great stay, thank you."
