"Check in was good. A little difficult to communicate with the check-in manager but we managed to get everything worked out. The unit was lovely as was the next door neighbor. Parking was a little tricky but we managed to fit into the side space with our Jeep. If you have a larger car, it probably would not fit and you would have to find street parking. We were unable to find street parking while we were there. The small kitchen was perfect and the fridge was nice and cold, not just a beverage chiller. No problem figuring out the Nespresso either, and they provided a weeks' worth of regular and decaf coffee. Cal King bed was super comfortable and once I figured out how to adjust the temp control, the evenings were cool to sleep in. Walking to Cal Poly campus and also downtown was super easy if you don't mind a nice walk. Would totally stay there again if I needed to be near campus. Otherwise, they have properties over in Avila Beach which I can not wait to reserve!"
