Le Clos du Dan, a vacation rental near tourist attractions

Le Clos du Dan is an old stone barn of 50 m2, completely renovated. The cottage is warm and atypical with its mezzanine and its loft spirit, combining the modern and the old. It is a real cocoon.
Travellers have a small private fenced courtyard with trees and a terrace out of sight.
It offers amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.

Located 6 km from the sea, 15 minutes from Caen, close to the D-Day landing beaches.
It is ideal for discovering Normandy while enjoying a peaceful setting.

The cottage is located in our property in Périers sur le Dan. Le Clos du Dan is an individual accommodation, apart, with its own entrance and a fenced outdoor area (out of sight) for your greatest comfort. You have a space inside the property to park your vehicle (space for one vehicle only).
