"Overall very nice hotel, but I didn’t feel like it met the bar for a 5 star hotel. Staff very nice, cave rooms cool, amazing view, great location, but amenities are more 4 star."

"The place was absolutely stunning, indeed felt like being in castle. It was close by to the main city center but those with mobility issues should be warned that it is very hilly. The whole staff went above and beyond, helped us switch rooms for a better view and was very helpful and kind. An example is the bellhop, Lucian. The pool was great, very clean with a great view. Additionally, there were a multitude of options to choose from at breakfast, with a great open seating space."
