/team were so welcoming the entire stay. Sergio upgraded our room and gave us complimentary drinks when we arrived. He helped us with making our dinner reservations to a rooftop restaurant with the sunset view and continued to give us excellent recommendations our whole stay. The included breakfast was phenomenal, dont skip it! Everything was homemade. We highly recommend staying here and will be coming back."

Alex the bartender at the pool was also so kind and prepared the best Frappuccino! Denise at the reception was very sweet and helpful too!
