"Alkyoni is super helpful. She helped us arrange port pick up and airport drop off. Provided local tour information, restaurants recommendations. Kept our luggage storage in last day. The facility is small but very clean. Easy to go to places, shopping, restaurants, site seeing, Bus stations. "

"Everything about this place is so wonderful, the staff were above and beyond helpful. The breakfast area was beautiful and you get the choice to take your breakfast outside which we did a couple of times. Rooms are standard and in keeping with the rest of the hotel complex. Hotel is 10 minutes walk into Fira and to the buses.Would definitely recommend."

"We loved this property! The room is beautiful and spacious, located on the perfect area just across the street from the Main views in Santorini. Staff is so helpful in booking us a four wheeler and transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was delivered every morning on time. Their sister hotel Filotera suites has a pool with great view of the Caldera and we were able to go swim in it. "

"Kristina (Reception) and Micheal (the Boss) were fantastic and so accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely stay again as rooms were spacious and ours, room 311 had a big balcony. Nice local restaurants or if you feel adventurous hire a quad, car or go on a trip, they will sort all this for you. Family run hotel with great vibe and great breakfast. We highly recommend "

"The receptionist so friendly but keep asking to top up tea coffee in our room. Breakfast not much choice as we are vegetarian. Internet wasn't strong enough to get WiFi and the electric was going on off during day time. apart from that we enjoyed the stay easy getting to fira by bus which cost 2 euro each way."

"Amazing property with a really nice room. Slightly further away and near a busy road with no pavement but really nice room. The bathroom was a let down with a bad shower and not great quality but the rest of the room was lovely The swimming pool was great but not heated so not usable and this was a real disappointment as they had unexpected bad weather I would come back and stay again if pool heated. Chec in and out was good"

"I would consider this property a hidden gem in Santorini. If you like accommodations that are out-of-the-way of all the tourist this is the place for you. I love being in a less crowded area and on a beachfront property. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They went out of their way above and beyond to answer any questions and provide anything that I needed. They were all very nice."

"Such a delightful place to stay! Really beautiful property with a great view. Location is perfect, it’s a super quick walk to fira’s main square. Loved my room it was comfortable and spacious, with a very nice bathroom. Felt incredibly safe my entire stay here. The hotel also has laundry service, which was very convenient, and a nice breakfast service that’s delivered to your room. The staff here is great, it seemed to be family run(or at least partly) and they were all genuinely lovely people....

"We had a fantastic stay (13/09 to 20/09) and managed to include a boat trip to the annual firework festival for the volcano, which Lena sorted for us, absolutely magical. Facilities were brilliant with the added luxury of the apartment that had its own sun terrace and plunge pool and couldn’t fault breakfast each morning especially the pancakes. Thank you Diane "
