Fantastic experience! What a find!

Fertimo is a brand new set of villas in the village area of Santorini- Exo Gonia. My family were looking for something peaceful, well designed and with a nice view. We were very positively surprised by Fertimo despite no online reviews given how new the place was. The place has been designed with meticulous detail and care. The manager/owner Jacob made our stay incredibly conformtable. We were lucky enough to get the villa with the converted bread oven as a bedroom. An igloo shape and something very unique. A few suggestions and tips if planning a stay at Fertimo. 1. It is a village area and don’t expect a hotel like reception. You have to walk some local alley ways to get to the villas. 2. Recommend hiring a small car for this location. It is perfect for quiet / peaceful stay. To get to main sights on Santorini, all within 30 mins drive or less. 3. Fertimo offers grocery delivery service which is very convenient. Recommend to connect with manager before arrival for any needs. 4. Some great wineries including Art Space Winery very close. We liked the Crazy Donkey brewery for a short visit. Some nice merchandise and beer to collect. 5. Restaurant Metaxi Mas is amazing and just short walk up an alley. Book in advance. Overall we loved our stay at Fertimo and would highly recommend to anyone seeking a stay away from the main tourist centres. A really enjoyable village experience, but with the character of Santorini local architecture. Friendly staff to help as well.

We actually stayed at a sister property called Karat Suites. It was lovely! We had our own pool and the rooms were execllent. The morning breakfasts delivered to your door were amazing! I loved the amazing touches they provided. The property manager was the most responsive and helped us book a car. If I had a business, I would hire him for his excellence service. I would stay here again.

Really nice Suite with pool. Very friendly hosts, who give good recommendations for food, transport or locations. Very nice breakfast was included with fresh fruit. Locations not to central in the tourist hot spots but with car, motorbike or car easy to get to.

Amazing

Our 3 night stay at Fertimo was right up there with some of the best we’ve had, ever. The hotel itself is amazing, very comfortable and clean. Great amenities including a Nespresso machine and coffee, and water bottles. Your own private deck with Jacuzzi and breathtaking views of the mountains and the ocean. An awesome restaurant, where we ate the best food of our entire trip, about a 5 minute walk uphill from the hotel. All this and the best staff you will ever encounter. Always easily accessible via phone or messaging, and will offer great suggestions on what to see and do on the island. They will happily make transportation arrangements for you, to and from the ferry, if needed. One of us unfortunately suffered a foot injury while there and Spyros, who we will remain eternally grateful to, went above and beyond by taking us to the hospital in his personal vehicle. We wish Spyros and Lakovos the very best, and sincerely thank them for a memorable time on the island. This is the only place we would consider staying if we ever go back to Santorini.

Great property and the owners are extremely accommodating and helpful! They were great to make any arrangements we needed. They setup pickups, drop offs and 4 wheeler rental for us. Location is very peaceful and beautiful. There is a good amount of stairs required to get to the unit. This wasn't an issue for us but important to note.

Excellent experience. Love this hotel

A clean and stylish hotel located in a tranquil area away from those crazy tourist loaded areas. Since Santorini is a small island, easy to get around with a rental car. Everywhere is like max 30 min car ride. The management is very friendly and helpful. They suggest places to visit and to eat and help make reservations as well. My room is without private hot tub but they are so kind to offer me free usage of one of the hot tubs where the room was not occupied. I am an animal lover. The bonus is a sweet and lovely kitty came visit us everyday during our stay. If I am not living on the other side of the world, I would have taken her back home. Miss the kitty. Just one remark. There are quite some steps to walk up to the hotel on the slope. But hotel staffs will help you carry your lugguages to and from your room when you check in/out.

The best apartment and host !!!

They are the best host I ever met! They are very friendly, helpful, and have a fast reply. They arrange a car to drive us from the port to the apartment. They provide us a map with many spot and restaurant suggestion. They even drive us to the apratment when we get lost at night. The apartment is clean and stylish. I love the hot tub. It is comfortable and you can enjoy a beautiful view. This place is perfect. The host are perfect. Highly recommend this place!!!!

A very beautiful traditional away from tourists in a small traditional village. It is In a secluded position allowing you to get away from it all whilst looking out over the island and sea and a beautiful spot to enjoy the sunrise. Super appartement, jacuzzi et terrasse privative. Tout est neuf (cla a ouvert en avril 2018). La vue est superbe, avec un restaurant excellent à côté (metaxi mas). Les suites sont loin des dortoirs à touriste du coup c'est plus calme et authentique et idéalement placé par rapport aux visites. L'hôte jacques fait tout ce qui est possible pour rendre le séjour parfait. Je recomande vivement !

Beautiful property inside and out. Well stocked with everything you need to cook. The air conditioning is very nice - as is the private hot tub that comes with each villa. Close to the port and the island is small enough to drive from end to end easily. Don't follow Google maps to get there....It said to take the next right...and I did....then after the first banging sound I realized Maps had me driving down a old narrow staircase! Glad I had rented a little Fiat.

We loved this place. We came here for our honeymoon and would go back in a heartbeat. The management was excellent and very friendly. They were accessible at practically anytime. The room was spacious and comfy. The hot tub had excellent views. Could not recommend this place more
