The owner, the girl managing the front desk, told us everything we need to know, where to eat, where to shop, what activities are good, where to park, and more. She booked a volcano tour for us, we loved it. She arranged an airport-to-port transfer for us, basically, if you ask, she knows it and will help you. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. "Buffet breakfast available for extra but good options and affordable price. Nice pool to enjoy with tables and loungers along the pool side. 2 min walk to the beach thats lined with many dining options and souvenirs to he bought! Restaurants near by have loungers amd umbrellas to rent or included after you eat from them! The hotel can book a boat tour for you or arrange a more affordable way to the airport! "
"The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a suite, it was lovely and spacious. There was a lack of chairs inside the suite. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Close to the beach but quiet area. Pool was spacious and kids loved it. The hotel never felt too busy or crowded despite being almost fully booked. Would come again! "
"Our family of eight, including 3 kids, enjoyed our stay very much! Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, bus transfers, etc. Rooms were clean and spacious and all decorated differently, for a boutique feel. They were cleaned every day and stocked with fresh towels. We had a few minor issues (power breaker trip, some ants) which were addressed promptly by the staff. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Many different options, including Greek and American items. We did not get a chance to visit the pool, but it looked clean with plenty of seating options. Overall, this hotel was great for our family and offered great value. "
