The service at this property was truly exceptional. The location is excellent ! The hotel appears to have been newly renovated, as everything was impeccably clean. All were greatly appreciated. En general es un buen hotel, las instalaciones son buenas, tiene alberca y estacionamiento. la zona es tranquila.Los cuartos son cómodos. las condicones de limpieza son adecuadas. Creo que es más recomendable para parejas jóvenes. Nosotros somos una pareja de 3a. edad y aunque estamos en buena forma hay que subir una pendiente de unos 200 metros para llegar al principio del centro, no es muy lejos pero si sería complicado para personas con problemas de mobilidad. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Bed bugs infestation! Horrible experience

The hotel had bed bugs. We found the first bed bug on the pillow and then a second crawling across the bed. Brought both bugs, and photos to the hotel. They refused to do anything other than change the sheets. We went back to the room, and looked at the mattress. We found more bed bugs. The night manager told us that there was nothing he could do, even though he acknowledged there were bed bugs. He even said they’d put somebody else in that very room the next day. At that point, we did not feel comfortable staying there. We left and paid for a room at another hotel. The next day, we were told by Golden Star that they’d change our room. We went to look at the new room and also found all of the signs on that bed that there bed bugs as well. It was evident that the hotel has an infestation problem they’re refusing to deal with. The hotel refused to provide a refund and the manager/owners refused to talk to us. This was the worst hotel experience by far and ruined the start of our honeymoon. We were left scrambling to find new hotels last minute, and did not receive the refund.
