"My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Cascada! The staff are so helpful. They speak English very well, even though they feel that they don't. Haha! They are excellent at accommodating unusual needs and they are knowledgeable about booking activities in the area. We will definitely stay at Cascada again!"

"Absolutely loved this hotel and location. We easily reached it by the Zurich HB train station and the above ground metro was steps away so you could get anywhere in minutes. Property is right next to the mall and numerous restaurants and groceries. The hotel was nicely appointed and super comfortable. Check-in was easy and our room was ready around noon so we were allowed early check in. Breakfast is expensive but delicious so nice for a treat but I’d rather eat something light from COOP store OR Fooby. We had complimentary mini bar at check in with one round of soda, water and beer for free. We had sandwiches and fries one night in the bar that was delicious. Definitely stay here if headed to Zurich!"

"Staff was very kind and helpful. Good assortment of foods for the continental breakfast. Area convenient to Old Town and train station. Only downside was no air conditioning in the rooms. This was noticed upon booking the hotel, but I didn’t think it would be needed at the end of May. A fan was provided, along with leaving window open at night provided some relief. "
