3 km from Bourg-en-Bresse, a few steps from the forest of Seillons, this gite (48 m²) can accommodate up to 4 people. On a beautiful property, quiet, and adjoining the owners' villa, this cottage is comfortable. Through an independent entrance, you access the fitted kitchen open to the living room and its lounge area where wrought iron and wood blend harmoniously (BZ convertible sofa of 140cm designed for 2 people). Through a sliding door, a bathroom with walk-in shower and its integrated WC. The bedroom consists of two 80*200 beds which can be combined to create a 160 bed. A deposit of 50.00 € will be requested for the remote control of the gate. Plus: everything is included - beds made on arrival, towels and table linen provided as well as heating (electric underfloor). The owners' swimming pool (6m x 12m and depth of 1.10m to 1.58m) is available to you under certain conditions (children must be accompanied). Come and relax on your small private terrace or in the large garden. For the more athletic, beautiful walks in the forest of Seillon and enjoy the calm of the place. Its proximity to Bourg-en-Bresse and some of the most beautiful tourist sites in the region make it an ideal place to spend an excellent stay.
