"This was a first for me, I had never stayed in a B&B before. The breakfast was great. I did like you had an option of the room with a bathroom and one without. I’m glad we picked the one with because on the second night someone was in the other room and they were noisy and dropping a lot of items on the floor and shutting the door loudly. I will not score this B&B low because it’s not their fault. This is a lovely place if you like B&B. Thanks for the experience. "

"Skid proof mat and bar handles for bath and shower are needed as we felt a bit insecure. Also, cups/glasses could be available. TV service was minimal but we didn't stay to watch TV, though a local channel for news could have been nice. On the other hand, the room was lovely and spacious; mattress was super bringing about a fine night's sleep."

"This cottage was just perfect for a quiet getaway. It was very clean and comfortable. Mary Jane was the best. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. Close to Acadia National Park (2 hrs). Lubec and Eastport are just 30 minutes away. We would come back again"

"Third time to Woodland Pointe! Have made trips in 2008, 2017, and 2024, each successively better and more impressive than those previous! This gem in the forests of the Bold Coast never disappoints and provides easy access to areas such as Acadia/Bar Harbor, Campobello Island, Grand Manan Island, and local hiking trails near Cutler. "A lovely property with a homey feel and an amazing view. It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals even a large pot for lobster boils. We appreciated it was only 3 steps to get in the house with bathroom grab bars for toilets and showers. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs but for family members with limited mobility, all the common areas are on the ground floor with just one small step down to get on the deck. We will definitely stay there again."
