Easy check in, convenient location near the Interstate and many restaurants/shopping, nice room with older-style tiled bathroom which I appreciated. The new sleek modern ones have nowhere to put your toilitries when bathing! This one was great. Sufficient breakfast, good coffee in-room. Comfy bed and pillows. Sufficient breakfast, polite, helpful staff.

We had a terrible experience at this property. We already paid in full but we were being charged $75 extra by the property with some weird comments. Breakfast was just not to be touched. Bread was expired, no butter left and everything else was not upto the mark. With &75 extra , room given was okay and that was the only positive side. I am sure, this property can avoid such type of frustrating experience as atleast staff lady was being polite and coordinating.

The hotel is transitioning from a franchised hotel to an individually owned hotel, so it's in the middle of renovations. For the price, I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. They are a little outdated, but have everything you need. I like rooms that have a closet, coffee pot, frig, and micro and bathtub personally. The pool was clean, but jacuzzi drained. The breakfast was ok. All carbs, but they had a waffle maker, toaster, and creal. Fresh fruit was a plus. The staff was over the top accommodating. Neighbor looked a little rough at night, but during the day, we realized it was on a service road where all the hotels and restaurants were remodeling and improving. It looked like the whole area was on the up and up. We appreciated being able to park right in front of out room. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was the same every morning. Waffle iron always stuck without or without spraying it before cooking. Ad said hot items such as eggs, breakfast meats and etc., which was never served, not even packages of instant oatmeal. The fruit that was served was always fresh. The first afternoon when we arrived and were resting in our room, a small roach ran across the top of the chest where the TV sat. The noise from the expressway was very loud. The room was very clean except for the visit from the roach.

Wasn’t too bad.

Over all it was a nice hotel for one night. Our room was clean and the A/C kept nice and cool. Minus the large dog barking everytime someone walked past the door and the noise of the interstate made it hard to sleep, just ask for a room not facing the interstate.

Pretty lobby. Pleasant staff. Looks like renovations may have been recently done but not completed. Highway noise due to close proximity to I-75. Lots of nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.

The room was very clean. It did not have any odors of cleaning supplies. It was a non-smoking room. The coffee pot was clean as well as the microwave. Everything was nice.

Great for the dog show!

We come to Perry 4 times a year for dog shows. We usually stay on the show grounds, however we made a last minute decision to book a hotel due to the bad weather. I’m glad we chose this one! The room was nice and renovated. I absolutely loved the patio and huge field in the back for the dogs. The bed was comfortable. Next time, I will bring my own pillows though because 3 wasn’t enough for us. All and all, it was perfect.

The Econo Lodge room was big, with 2 queen beds and 3 seperate chairs to sit on. The room was very clean and was very comfortable for the 4 nights we stayed. There are many restaurants in the area to eat at. The staff were very nice. If I was to give a negative it would be the lack of variety items for the breakfast. Food consisted of waffles, pre packaged muffins, 2 types of cereal, bananas, juice and coffee. Would of been nice to have hot eggs and bacon, oatmeal and since it is the south some grits. Other than that our stay was very comfortable. I would stay here again in the future.
