"The house is very spacious with comfortable beds and numerous activities and games for the family. The hot tub was a feature we all truly enjoyed, especially while watching the snow come down.The location is very tranquil and the views are beautiful!The owner is very responsive to messages and was understanding when one of us had an issue requiring a later checkout. "I booked this hotel because it had good recent reviews however I was disappointed with the actual conditions of the property. There was black mildew all over the shower walls. Dust and lost things under sofa bed that we discovered while pulling it open. The sheets on the sofa bed didn’t look clean. Breakfast was poor, and I almost threw up when the eggs were brought out in a plastic bag and dumped in the warmer to be served to guests. Disappointed "
