"I admit I chose to stay in the Duxton because I used to work there 40 years ago when it was the tax office. My desk was on the 11th floor so I asked for a room on the 11th floor which I got! Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff, particularly Sara at reception. She is a real asset to the business. Give her a pay rise!"

Just never seem to find it online when booking 'I was put in this room once and so loved it', i.e. as a beth is essential for my health, so afraid I don't stay here as often because of this, But would love to.
