Walk or cycle to the Swan River in less than 15mins.
DIRECTLY ACROSS the road is a fabulous assortment of Mossie Park boutique shops - pharmacy, newsagency, bottle shop & supermarket plus a bakery, coffee shop, bookshop, hair salon and more!
Nature playgrounds within walking distance (try Gibbon Park Nature Play), wide open reserves and a golf club welcoming non-members at certain times in the week.
Fantastic local Napolean St in Cottesloe showcases jewellers, homewares, fashion & food.
