The Space:
The apartment has been refurbished with a brand new kitchen and updated bathroom, freshly painted and new flooring. Everything is new and ready for you. Queen bed, lovely light. Dishwasher, full kitchen, balcony, exceptional location.
There is one bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes.

Great little apartment, easy walk to station, close to coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Air conditioning and a lovely balcony for evening drinks. It’s possible to walk through kings park from the apartment and pick up a cat bus into the city. Had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

The apartment is still in walking distance to the train station and there a a lot of shops and eateries near the Subiaco station. The unit is located at the 4th level, so you might want to pack light. The stairs are still manageable and there is a friendly resident black cat that will accompany you as you go up. It's quite a spacious unit, clean, everything is working and have all the utensils you'll need to feel just like home. You can use the water filter jug to filter out the chlorine smell from the tap water before you drink it, but I chose to just buy water from woolies or coles. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to our host Sarah for the hospitality and very quick to respond to all my inquiries.

Overall, an interesting stay. Convenient location, all amenities provided. I would recommend for the young, fit ones.
Verandah door does not lock. Tap handle in kitchen flew up when used the first time.
Enjoyed the location and off street parking, but had a few issues with 1. hot water not working properly 2. toilet seat needs replacing and 3. inability to light gas stove burners, also oven cooking pan missing
