This 3 storey stunning townhouse has so much appeal: from its modern living spaces, balconies with water glimpses, outdoor entertaining, and the superb location in a gated canal complex, a short stroll from Avalon Beach. Enjoy the ambience of the pretty Paradis Vaie secure complex with its canalside walks (plus jetty available), children’s playground and man made beach for safe swimming for little ones, a local shop and cafe. Nearby Falcon and Mandurah provide further amenities. This is a find!

This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is set over 3 levels with the downstairs being a large double garage. Entry into the 1st floor reveals a light and bright living space, with a balcony off one end and an outdoor alfresco eating area the other. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine included and it has stools at the breakfast bar. There is a dining suite for 6 looking out through the balcony towards the canal and a split level air-conditioner will keep you comfortable. A highchair is available for your convenience. The lounge comprises a plush leather sofa and armchairs and there is a wall-mounted smart TV. WiFi is included. Off the lounge is the alfresco entertaining area with a BBQ and outdoor lounge seating, perfect for evening drinks and meals.
On this first level there is also a laundry with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
All bedrooms are on the second floor. The master Queen is light and well-appointed with its own balcony looking out to the canal. It has a modern ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. The second is also a Queen and the third has twin single beds and a balcony looking towards the beach. There are built-in robes and overhead fans in each of the bedrooms and all bed linen and towels are provided. Parking for 2 cars in the double garage.
This is a top location! You surely have the best of both worlds, nestled in this pretty canal complex. The boats bobbing on the canal are so serene, you’ll feel the hustle and bustle of daily life melt away. Enjoy walking along the canals to the great coffee shop and the children’s playground with a man made beach.
There is also a small supermarket and liquor shop or you have Falcon Shopping Centre a short drive away. Mandurah is a 15-20 minute drive away, offering a multitude of shops, cafes, restaurants and children’s activities.
Avalon Beach is renowned for its surfing but also a great beach to watch the sun go down in winter or summer. It’s only a short stroll outside the complex. The Cut to the South offers access to the Cut Golf Course, and a couple of waterfront restaurants.
Nature lovers will enjoy the area immensely, with an abundance of natural wildlife as well as a wide variety of fauna. Crabbing is a popular pastime in the Peel Estuary, and pelicans and other birdlife are prolific. Enjoy the many coastal walks, along both the oceanfront and the foreshore of the Peel Estuary. Look out for the wonderful Giant of Mandurah on Estuary Place, a wonderful large coastal sculpture.
