Absolute beach front – with private beach access!! Free Wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, even a Nespresso machine this 3 x 2 family beach holiday cottage overlooking Comet Bay is an amazing holiday home.

Free Wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, even a Nespresso machine this 3 x 2 family beach holiday cottage overlooking Comet Bay is an amazing holiday home. Strolling distance to Mandurah Marina and walking distance to the cinemas, Mandurah Performing Arts and foreshore where you can hire a boat, kayak, paddle board or bike to discover the estuary, canals and trails of the area. x2 Queen beds inside and x3 sets of single bunks. A second toilet and shower is located in the laundry which is equipped with washing machine and dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property.

DOGS & PETS
Most property owners will not allow guests to bring pets to their homes. There are some exceptions (the property will be listed as pet friendly) but under no circumstances are guests permitted to bring pets without first seeking permission and then obtaining prior written approval from the booking agent. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 is payable upon approval per animal. No pets to be on beds or furniture inside the property.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm

Great house for young families

Great beach shack set up for young families, close to the beach with a grassy yard to play. Good selection of kitchen items to prepare meals and plenty of room at the table. Shona and the team were super helpful when we called. A great find.

Fabulous

What a great, quirky place to stay. Fabulous location. Everything you need including hand soap in the bathrooms, spare toilet rolls, plenty of dishwashing tablets etc. We were 4 adults and 6 teenagers and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery and room at the dining table for us all! We will definitely stay here again.

Family Holiday

We loved it at the cottage in mandurah and communication with the property manager was awesome. We will definitely stay again. The aircons in two rooms were not working but we compromised with the property manager as it was hard to get aircon maintenance in at such a busy time in christmas. They dropped off 3 bottles of wine and that was so cool. I do recommend that they up grade the driveway but honestly it was the best stay ever with such great communication with the property manager. Thank you to you all have a wonderful New Years and I will definately be back.Kind RegardsSeeley & Te Kanawa Family

Original Beach Shack

An original Beach shack with ocean views and beach access. Well equipped, good location with air con. Driveway needs attention as it is hard to access without a 4 wheel drive, almost got bogged. The location is the best. We could walk everywhere. We were there during Crab Fest - it was so convient to walk and not need to find parking.

It's perfect if you have kids

The place is great for kids they can't tear up the place . It's hommy like going to granny's back in the day . The bunk beds kinda smell a little potty I say that word becuase they didn't Like the word but other then that we had a great time . The outside setting is really what you pay for . Would rent again .

So good that I don't want to tell everyone

Perfect home for a beach holiday. We are two adults with four older teens and the location of this beach cottage was ideal - right on the beach with the feeling of “being away from it all” but close enough to easily walk in to town for movies etc. This is the second time that I have stayed and will certainly be booking again.

A beautiful old school beach getaway that allowed for a very relaxing stay. We had everything we needed and the location gave us flexibility in what we chose to do through the day. Will definitely book this property again.

Great house fabulous location

This property was great for our boys weekend away. The location was perfect, beach access from the back gate and the Mandurah marina and foreshore were just a short stroll away. The large wooden table on the back deck was great, particularly in the afternoon when the sea breeze came in, keeping the place nice and cool. The kitchen, dining and family area was also a good size and easily accommodated our group of six. I would highly recommend this property to families and groups wanting a relaxing getaway in the Mandurah beach area.

Well equiped beach cottage for a relaxing break no matter the season.

We were a group of 8 women wanting a bed each, 2 bathrooms, a table we could all sit at and somewhere we could RELAX. 96 Ormsby gave us that. The kitchen is well equipped. The built in icemaker and cold water dispenser is a great plus. Excellent cooling/heating in all areas. Great big table to fit everyone around. Plenty of TV watching options and excellent wifi. One of the bathrooms is outside but we got used to that very quickly. Laundry facilities excellent. Beds... no one complained. Outside area... wow!!! HUGE outside table and barbeque for our ritual big champagne breakfast. Lots of lawn to lie on while catching some winter sunshine. The sparkly lights at night put us in a party mood. Would be great for a family ( even 2 families) holiday and for families of mixed ages. The clean beach is a very short stroll away. House is in an excellent position... close to centre of town, suoermarkets, restaurants and take aways. We had a great 3 night break. We would have liked a second set of keys. We actually locked the keys in the "back room" but our hostess was easily contacted and she came to our rescue immediately! Finally... if you are looking for an upmarket mansion the cottage is not for you. If you want a good old fashioned relaxing and carefree family beach holiday with modern conveniences then you should really enjoy this little gem. We did!
