Clean, Comfortable, lost of restaurants and walks close by. Would definetley stay here again.
Car part looks a little average, mainly esthetics, overall a good place.
A bit of noise from people leaving early, but nothing too dramatic.
Good place to stay.
This lower floor apartment was clean and functional., and the kitchen was well equipped with a good stove and fridge. But overall it was very spartan and drab, and could be improved enormously with some brightening up. The small back patio needs attention, it was not clean and the plants were dead or dying. It did not tempt you to sit out at the nice table and chairs that are out there. These are all simple and inexpensive things that could be fixed if there was a will to do so. What can’t be fixed is the very noisy traffic, and the neighbours doing DIY outside. Unfortunately the location whilst very good for access to Fremantle also means that ambulances, emergency vehicles and motor bikes also use the adjacent road.
Great location close to everything including the city centre, grocery store, restaurants, shops, golf course and a great park for birding. Well equipped. Allison our contact was great.
Nice little apartment. Bathroom desperately needs ventilation for health concerns

Texts for the non functioning oven lasted several days……
Noisy due to proximity of traffic and neighbors because walls pretty thin.

Property owner was rude and not prepared to make things convenient for us.
Property was good. However, no office on sight, which I wasn't expecting. Maybe that was my lack of experience with travelling.
Alison was very accommodating regarding check-in time. The place was well supplied with almost everything I needed for cooking and generally feeling at home.
NB Washing machines require credit cards with Paywave.
No really handy shops. Nearest is an energetic walk to centre of Fremantletle.
If arriving by public transport suggest you take bus from station rather than walk as it is uphill!

The stove was a gas stove but there was no exhaust fan over the stove and the window above it was just a frosted glass window that couldn't be opened. The front door was nearby but this is not sufficient to allow toxic fumes to escape or any other cooking smells. The bathroom also did not have any exhaust fan. The TV was very basic and didn't even have freeview. I requested to check in 1 hour earlier but was told that I would only be a be able to book in earlier if I paid for an extra night. It is difficult to get flights from the Eastern States that line up with the 3 hour time difference so I would expect some flexibility in the check-in time. The car park was always full and as I had a hire car, this plus the fact that there is limited street parking was also quite stressful.

There was no iron on the property and i did message the host who was not very helpful other than telling me to keep looking for it.
Shower has extremely low temperature so its almost like a cold water bath in winter which was a terrible way to start your day.
Excellent position easy walking distance to fremantle centre. Bus stop outside the apartment building on the high street side. Beaches and marina within easy walking distance
Great location, great communication, very accomodating with checkin time, well stocked tea and coffee until you can get to a shop. A+ stay.
