Excellent Family stay

House was very clean and pleasant.BBQ area poor. Caught fire and I rang 92862641 to take to Executive Escapes help line to see if they could find a water outlets for me as I couldn't find any to connect hose.as I had to use buckets to put fire out. They were to call back but didn't hear from anyone and still haven't.BBQ cover had blown off behind BBQ and lodge down the back. This is what caught fire and then set fire to leaves underneath. There was also many leaves under deck area which could have quite easily caught fire as well. This would have been a very different situation.
