Set in the perfect location for a family or group beach holiday, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two living areas and a games room, you can chillax and enjoy. Enjoy sunset drinks on the balcony, undercover outdoor dining and cricket out the back, table tennis and air-conditioning… you can even bring your pet! Tick, tick, tick!
A mixture of old and new, with recent renovations done, this house is fuss-free and perfect for a family group to enjoy. The large backyard is waiting for young cricketers, while a Weber BBQ and outdoor dining is ideal for summer nights. The rumpus room with a table tennis table, books and games, multiple living areas and TVs… you can see how the kids will be entertained while you relax on the balcony watching the sunset after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is equipped with all dining and cookware needs, plus some additional perks such as the Nespresso machine and a popcorn maker. It looks out to the covered entertaining area out the back, with its large lawn area. The indoor dining suite seats 8 and the outdoor one another 8 plus there’s seating for 6 upstairs on the balcony. There are two lounge areas plus the rumpus room with the table tennis table and a bar area - so many options! Reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans and pedestal fans are provided throughout the house for your comfort, and a security camera is set up to monitor the front of the house for peace of mind.
The bedroom configuration offers so much choice with 2 Queen bedrooms, a Queen plus single and a two x double plus bunk, and there are three bathrooms.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.
This is such a great location! Take a break and enjoy the beach lifestyle. Just walking distance to one of Mandurah's most beautiful beaches at Silver Sands, with a children's playground and BBQ facilities, there’s plenty to entertain everyone.
Silver Sands offers a small shopping centre with supermarket, chemist, bakery and a pub or take a short drive into Mandurah which has a multitude of restaurants, cafes and shops. You’re spoiled for choice!
This beach suburb offers families a great holiday on your doorstep, but venture out to fully take advantage as there’s so much on offer. Take a Dolphin cruise to see our friendly dolphins or travel further afield to enjoy some local wineries. If you’re a golfer there are some superb courses to try out. Bring the boat to enjoy the ocean or estuary: the Peel is a water playground with fishing, crabbing and a full range of water sports. Further family-friendly activities nearby include the aquatic centre, the pirate ship, Amaze Miniature Park and King Carnival.

DOGS & PETS
Most property owners will not allow guests to bring pets to their homes. There are some exceptions (the property will be listed as pet friendly) but under no circumstances are guests permitted to bring pets without first seeking permission and then obtaining prior written approval from the booking agent. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 is payable upon approval per animal. No pets to be on beds or furniture inside the property.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- No Hens or Bucks parties or leavers groups
