This apartment is up one level from street level. Stair access only (there is no elevator).
There is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment but you will have access to the communal laundry downstairs - this includes washing machines and a dryer that need to be paid for by card only - no cash. Washing lines are also located near the laundry. There is a laundry basket, airer, iron and ironing board in the apartment.
Although Malcolm Street is an older style building it is clean and well maintained. Both the apartment and complex are safe and secure with a gate at the entrance, gate on the driveway and a gate on the back stairwell.
Parking is limited and available only on request. It does need to be booked and there is a small daily fee. There are 2 options - a street parking permit ($4p/n) or a secure parking bay ($8p/n) which has a height restriction of 2mtrs.
