This home is well located overlooking the Mandurah Marina and close to beautiful local beaches.
This home is well located overlooking the Mandurah Marina and close to beautiful local beaches. Free Wifi - you can also visit the many restaurants, hotels and cafes at the Marina and the foreshore. It is only a short walk to the Movie Theatre and the local Performing Arts Centre. Relax in the sun room with a book, take in the water views, or go crabbing at your back door for our famous Blue Manna Crabs. You can see our local dolphins in the bay, kayak supplied by owner if you wish to have a closer look at them. Main house has 3 bedrooms with a Queen and 2 single beds in the other 2 and bathroom, Each primary bedroom is elegantly situated on the second floor. Below is another room with a table tennis table and a single bed with a trundle bed as well. There is a toilet and seperate bathroom/laundrydownstairs as well. Dishwasher and Electrolux pod machine and large BBQ recently added.

DOGS & PETS We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.
Please note there are outside perimeter security cameras at the property. These are in place for both your security and the property. The cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system. By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking. - No smoking anywhere inside the property - Report any breakages or damage - Check-out by your agreed time - Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm - Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. - The perimeter security cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time. - The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

Fantastic spot , Absolutely stunning view !
Perfect house for our weekend stay , could easily stay weeks on end ! Older style but with everything you need! Will definitely be back.
We loved staying here and had a lovely time. We enjoyed the beautiful views and convenient location. It had everything we needed and I was happy I could bring my dog. One small problem was the bathroom light was not working but otherwise we had everything we needed. Thank you.
This house is in a great location within a 10 minute walk to Dolphin Quay, with direct water access (gated) if you want to kayak. It was so nice sitting on the deck overlooking the water.
It’s older style but this is reflected in the cost, and it’s spacious with good furnishings and all you need.
Note that access to the downstairs 4th bedroom/ table tennis room and to the 2nd bathroom/Laundry is external.
Apart from the dead cockroach on the kitchen floor, having to rewash the glasses before use and a piece of biscuit under the coffee table, the place was very clean.
We wish we’d known that the second shower and toilet were outside and downstairs - would have been a deal breaker if we’d known.
The quirky floors were what made it a memorable stay.

We had a lovely stay in Mandurah particularly notable because I hadn’t read the listing properly and Shona very calmly helped me through the check in process. The house was perfect for our needs. The kids took the kayaks on the marina and we relaxed on the deck. Mandurah was such an easy place to be and I felt comfortable giving the girls (both12) the freedom to investigate on their own
The location of this older style beach home is fantastic and it’s just a short walk to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Everything that you need is supplied , comfy bed, neat clean and tidy. Shona was very helpful with the booking and check in and this was very much appreciated.
The only thing that spoilt it was the group of homeless people who moved onto the vacant block next door two nights prior to our departure. The first night it was only two people in a tent and it was no bother, the second night a further tent and a swag with additional people arrived. We found this disconcerting as a loud argument went on well into the early hours and I found myself awake listening for noises. We also felt uncomfortable sitting outside on the deck and being in the garden area. Just put a damper on what had been a great stay.

Exactly what I was looking for. A tidy, clean and modern beach shack with a view overlooking the marina. Walking distance to everything- the bridge, esplanade and the marina. I’ll be coming back.
This house is located right on the water, so the children could kayak and swim all day from the private beach, we could also tie up our 25' boat with ease to the shore and as it is so protected no worries with drift. A great beach house in a fantastic location, close to everything at Dolphin Quay. The house offered everything you could need and more, thank you we will definitely be back and recommend it to our friends.
