Came over from Brisbane to surprise a family friend for her 90th Birthday. Needed a 2 bedroom & 2 x bathroom which are hard to come by for only 2 nights. Brina was easy to communicate with & we arrived late in the evening so was an easy self checkin. Accommodation was in an excellent position so easy to get around & caught the train down to Mandurah

The location is good for the downtown area and the instructions for access were good and undercover parking. The unit is comfortable with 2 beds and 2 baths. Downside - The TV does not work no matter what you try - It says no signal. Air con is noisy and old looking in the lounge. There are no air cons in the bedrooms. Small floor fans in the bedrooms are quite noisy. There are random food and personal cleaning products in the kitchen and bathrooms - probably from other guests. A window cleaner on a rope dropped out of nowhere past the verandah while our curtains were open. This seemed a bit dodgy - privacy and safety wise. The unit could be updated a bit to make it a much nicer stay for guests
