The Welcome email listed a schedule of fines starting at $1,500 down to $65 for various items incl cleaning the oven. The oven was filthy, cupboard doors did not fit properly, lights did not work including entry light which was very difficult at night. The outdoor table was rusty with sharp edges capable of a nasty cut. There was no real welcome pack advising how everything worked, local amentities, etc. Had we not checked the oven then no doubt we could have been charged plus fixing cupboard doors.
