Great ocean view. Good sized room with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for our needs. We enjoyed our short stay and would stay here again!

Loved the location, shame the swimming pool was under re-construction when we were there. The room was not set up as we booked, 2 rooms 2 beds in each room, but staff managed to adjust for us, but made it feel as though it was out fault and they were doing us a favour to change it to how we had booked it.

It’s been a while since we’ve stayed here as our last couple of experiences were terrible, but Rendevous has really picked up their game! Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and efficient and although the front entrance was blocked off due to renovations, the rear access to the hotel was fine. The room was nice and clean with an upgrade to the decor. The breakfast buffet is always a winner for us with a great selection of hot and cold dishes, pastries, pancakes, fruits and a coffee machine. I enjoy the beachfront view from the restaurant, it’s great start to the morning. We’ll be back! 😃

There is a lot of construction going on and a lot of noise and not much is available. Its a handy spot but if you want a quiet hotel try elsewhere. There is a lot of road noise, party and people noise.

Very hard to get into, signage poor to get to reception, ask for 2 separate beds was assured would be done then when we returned my sons room next door beds were split instead of hours. Then moving all our things next door and them moving into ours was very inconvenient. This was after informing reception twice about beds. Was given a bottle of wine for our trouble but my 80 year old mum was definitely not impressed after unpacking already.
